At CamperKitz, we aim to provide high-quality precision-cut campervan furniture kits. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and refund policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product is defective

  • You received the wrong item

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unassembled

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include all components and accessories

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for change-of-mind returns:

  • Item must be unused and in resellable condition

  • Item must be returned in original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Original shipping fees may not be refundable.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Products that have been assembled or installed

  • Items that have been modified or customized

  • Items returned damaged due to improper handling


4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of damaged or incorrect items (if applicable)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team.


5. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider


6. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide photos showing the damage

  3. Our team will review and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate
